Parade of a feudal lord and samurai retainers in traditional costumes are held on the Kintai-kyo Bridge. The parade was based on a trip from Iwakuni to Edo (present day Tokyo) which was required by the Shogun feudal government during the Edo era (1603~1868). In the vicinity there are various events such as performances of Iwakuni drums and martial arts.
