Hagi, Mantoe

The ritual is held at Daisho-in Temple as a memorial service for the ancestors of former feudal lords.
YAMAGUCHI

The temple was built for the ancestors of the Mori Family, feudal lords of Hagi domain. In the precinct, there are tombs for the even numbered generations of feudal lords and their wives, from the second to the twelfth, and related people. On August13th every year, 600 stone lanterns are lit to pay homage to their spirits. The temple has an illusionary atmosphere.
