Misasa Hot Spring is illuminated with lights made of Japanese paper

Misasa Shinto Shrine becomes a world of fantasy at night in September.

On Friday and Saturday nights in September, Misasa Shinto Shrine is brightened with lights made of vines and Japanese paper which are a specialty of the area, formally known as Inshu, and are highly valued as a traditional craft.

Please visit to enjoy the night view which looks different from the townscape familiar to you.
