With the wish that everyone can enjoy tasty meat at any time, the restaurant started to serve the dish of tonkatsu (deep-fried pork) with rice.
The ribs are opened and beaten so that the meat gets tender and the texture becomes better. In the beginning the price was 90 yen.
It was 30 years ago that the price was raised after a long effort to keep the original price.
However, the shop is proud of the unchanged taste and quality. That’s why Masui has kept a good reputation.
All the ingredients are domestically grown. The demi-glace sauce and frying oil are homemade, too.
