The shop serves fluffy shaved ice made of natural water brought from the Yatsusgadake Mountains in The South Alps, Yamanashi Prefecture. Smooth and tasty home-made syrup which is prepared with espuma whipper and seasonal fruits cover the ice so that you can enjoy both rich flavor and cute appearance. Some menu items can be enjoyed only in Hiroshima.
