An ancient local report “Izumo-no-Kuni Fudoki”, said that one bath makes skin smoother and two bathes heal all ailments. Now it is popular as a hot spring for beautiful skin.
Japanese style hotels line the Tamayu River. Visitors can enjoy a traditional townscape, foot bath and some places famous for matchmaking. Why don’t you stroll around in a yukata cotton kimono?
